How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our online store. Add your products to cart, follow the checkout steps and complete your order.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes. BarkLab delivers across South Africa using available courier or delivery partners. Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Can I WhatsApp before ordering?

Are your products only for dogs?
BarkLab focuses mainly on dog products. Some products may suit other pets, but our store is built around dogs, dog families and paw parents.

What if I receive the wrong item?
