BarkLab delivers orders within South Africa.

Delivery times may depend on product availability, supplier processing times, courier availability, delivery area, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Fees

BarkLab currently uses the following courier shipping rates:

Standard Courier Delivery: R165 for orders from R0 to R949.99

Free Shipping: R0 for orders of R950 or more

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

Because some BarkLab products may be supplied, packed, or fulfilled directly by approved suppliers or fulfilment partners, processing times may vary depending on stock confirmation and supplier dispatch times.

We will contact you if there is any issue with stock availability, dispatch, or delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will depend on the product, supplier, courier, and delivery address.

Delivery times shown on our website, checkout, or order communication are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to courier delays, supplier delays, stock availability, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, high order volumes, or events outside our control.

Supplier Fulfilment

Some products may be shipped directly from approved suppliers or fulfilment partners.

Where supplier fulfilment applies, BarkLab remains your point of contact for order support. However, dispatch times, courier details, and return instructions may depend on the specific supplier involved.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

BarkLab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or the customer cannot be contacted, additional delivery fees may apply.
