- the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

All prices are shown in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.
Shipping fees, delivery charges, or other applicable charges may be added at checkout.

Payments are handled through secure third-party payment providers. BarkLab does not store your full card details on our own systems.

Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Items must not be returned without first contacting BarkLab and receiving return instructions.
Some items may not qualify for return once opened, used, damaged, exposed to pets, or removed from original packaging, especially for hygiene and safety reasons.
